MOX is a music festival that celebrates the technical side of music. Inspired by the sounds of math rock, Midwest emo, and technical jazz instrumentals, MOX explores the more complex sounds developed in alternative spaces and how they have influenced mainstream genres like pop and rock. Combining both acoustics and electronics, MOX presents a variety of artists who take on what it means to take a deeper dive into the complicated arrangements music can take on.
